REFUND POLICY
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the nature of 3D printed products, minor imperfections, surface marks, or layer lines are not considered defects and are not grounds for refund.
Custom-made or made-to-order products may not be eligible for full refund unless the product is significantly defective.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
